a.     Each of us is accountable for working safely, looking out for the safety and wellbeing of those around us and minimising our impact on the environment.

b.     The “audience” to whom the policy applies

c.     The efficient use of student and administration computers

d.     The secure management of student computers

e.     A sustainable approach to printing including a policy on student printing

f.      Minimising and monitoring power usage

g.     Energy efficient heating and cooling

h.     Meeting room operating procedures

i.       Sustainable purchasing of IT equipment including:

                                       i.     Strategies to avoid unnecessary consumption

                                      ii.     Minimising environmental impacts of goods over the whole of lifecycle

                                     iii.     Assessing the socially responsible practices of suppliers

                                    iv.     Recycling of damaged or outdated equipment

                                     v.     Purchasing locally

j.       Re-cycling and or disposal of damaged and redundant equipment

k.     A quality assurance process to monitor sustainability
